Orders & Shipping

Our shipping continues, but there are currently longer delivery times, as our shipping warehouse is only open irregularly.

Please allow a few extra days for delivery than you are normally used to from us. We aim to ensure that you receive your order within 5-7 days of receipt of order at the latest.
Gift vouchers are, of course, an exception. You will still receive these by email within a few minutes of ordering.

Naturally, you will also receive sample(s) with your order during this time (depending on the order value), but we ask for your understanding that we are currently unable to fulfill specific sample requests. Unfortunately, decants of our partner brand Olfactive Pharmacy are also not possible during this time.

From February 23rd, shipping will resume at normal speed.

Our Boutique

Our Cologne boutique will remain closed for personal consultations and workshops until and including February 23rd.

From February 24th, we will be back for you during our regular opening hours!
