"Working with green notes requires a delicate touch, as they can quickly become too obtrusive. The challenge was to embed them in a floral arrangement that I wanted to make very spring-like. Magnolia essence is perfect for this, as it is fresh and radiant. It shares a gentle floral note with honeysuckle, oscillating between bergamot, lavender, and basil. Another challenge with green notes is to maintain them throughout the entire development process of the perfume. Here, I extended the green note of mastic with a galbanum resinoid and, above all, with a nettle absolute, which was only recently added to my palette.
