Compulsive Must
Perfume
The olfactory identity of Compulsive Musk is inspired by the calming sensation created by repeating a certain action.
This crystal-clear fragrance is created by a special type of musk produced without animal testing or animal suffering by Firmenich, the "House of Musk" (a company researcher received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for this in 1939). It is combined with the warm, woody aroma of natural guaiac wood, which contrasts with the fresh, woody facet of natural Indonesian patchouli.
The inspiration for this fragrance is obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Compulsions are repetitive behaviors that the affected person feels compelled to engage in in an obsession to reduce their anxiety and distress.
