We currently ship with DHL / Deutsche Post to the following countries:

Germany, Liechtenstein, Austria, Switzerland

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to other countries due to the PPWR.

In individual cases, we reserve the right to commission other shipping service providers depending on the target region.

For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 MWST). This company also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery in these countries. This service is included in the purchase price and any calculated shipping costs. To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we inform you for reasons of transparency that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the supply chain. This does not result in any additional costs for the buyer.

Important note on tracking your shipment:
We ship your order with DHL to MeinEinkauf in Konstanz. You will receive a confirmation from DHL once your package has arrived there. From here, customs clearance and import into the recipient country take place, where the package is then usually sent to your delivery address via DPD. As soon as the shipment is on its way to you via DPD, you will therefore receive another shipping confirmation. You usually receive your package 2-3 days after arrival in Konstanz. We ask for your understanding and a little patience for this.

Unfortunately, due to the European Packaging Regulation (PPWR), we are unable to deliver directly to Luxembourg.

However, our customers from Luxembourg have the option to register with Post Luxembourg for the "PackUp Import" service. You will then receive a delivery address in Germany, and Post Luxembourg will deliver the parcel to a PackUp 24/24 station or a PackUp Point of your choice.

Our shipping costs for Germany apply, and Post Luxembourg charges a current fee of €6.45 per parcel for forwarding.

Your order will normally be handed over to DHL or the relevant shipping service provider by the following business day at the latest. From this point on, unfortunately, we no longer have any influence on the further shipping process.

Please note that when shipping scented candles and liquids in high outside temperatures, the wax may partially melt, or a small amount of liquid may leak out due to pressure buildup. We have no control over this, as the packages are no longer subject to our temperature control once handed over to the shipping company. In this case, the risk is borne by the person placing the order. We generally ship orders within 1-2 business days and advise against ordering temperature-sensitive products during periods of prolonged high outside temperatures.

We ship with DHL's GoGreen option, which means we cover the costs for climate-neutral shipping through CO₂ compensation.

In addition, we try to avoid waste as much as possible and reuse the filling and packaging materials we receive from our suppliers.

This way, we protect the environment and also reduce the risk of theft of our shipments by not using expensive-looking and high-gloss printed shipping boxes.

For deliveries to Austria, we have joined the local recycling systems and pay the corresponding license fee.

With the shipping confirmation, you will receive a notification via our system or directly from DHL with the tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your delivery.
Depending on the shipping method, this notification may not arrive in your email inbox until the evening of the shipping day. Please also check your spam folder before contacting us.
If you have not received a tracking number the day after shipment, please contact us so that we can send you the tracking number.
