"We expected that opinions about this fragrance would be divided, especially among lovers of the dish, who might claim that it doesn't recall pho. We admit that our intention wasn't to replicate pho spice blends. Instead, we opted for a fresh and slightly gourmand interpretation that captures the essence of the dish. The top notes are full of fresh herbs, slowly revealing a spicy undertone. A hint of patchouli provides a hint of umami. "
