No. 89 Bath & Shower Gel
A gentle yet richly lathering formula, naturally softening and perfuming the skin with an iconic fragrance.
This luxurious bath and shower gel contains olive oil, helping to maintain the skin’s natural balance, leaving skin cleansed, delicate, and lightly perfumed.
Orange and bergamot, combined with lavender and neroli, give No. 89 its classical cologne character. The floral heart is warmed by a touch of spicy nutmeg and underscored by the dominant woody accord of sandalwood, cedarwood and vetiver in this quintessentially English gentleman’s fragrance.
No. 89 was launched in 1951 and takes its name from the house number of the Floris shop and perfumery in Jermyn Street, which was originally the family home and remains the heart of our fragrance house to this day. No. 89 was created in the basement of 89 Jermyn Street, traditionally and affectionately known as ‘The Mine’ where all our fragrances were created up until the late 1970s. Loyal wearers of No. 89 include Cary Grant, Sir Alec Guinness and Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond.
