The creation of Angel's Dust:

While working on Angel's Dust, I explored the innocent, feathery, feminine touch that is simultaneously seductive, daring, and bold. This old-fashioned, vintage-style interpretation wasn't voluntary, but a necessary consequence of my idea of ​​femininity in bygone times, when women had a wooden boudoir and spent hours applying powder and other beauty secrets to their faces and bodies, and weren't concerned with finding validation through their careers, but rather with exerting their power through beauty and seduction. I then softened the powdery iris-rose component with a blend of resins that represent a dirty, lived-in sensuality.

Some films and books have probably inspired me. Les Liaisons Dangereuses, for example, embodied exactly the sophisticated and depraved atmosphere I was looking for! A fond memory I had is Marie Antoniette in Coppola's film. I certainly like the Rococo style, but what I particularly like about this film is the femininity she portrays: shoes, sins, promiscuity, cakes, and absolute carefreeness, without any guilt. Some reviewers have compared Angel's Dust to some mythological Guerlain fragrances (Luca Turin mentioned Guet-Apens/Attrape Coeurs). I feel honored by such a comparison.
