In southern Tuscany, you approach an enchanting bay, walking through the most beautiful and intoxicating Mediterranean vegetation. Your skin is warmed by the heat of the southern sun, but the salty and refreshing scent of the sea invigorates you.
The origins of Etruscan Water:
The inspiration for Etruscan Water comes from two distinct sources. The first is my personal memory: Being born and raised in Tuscany, we were able to go to the beach in the south of the region, where our ancestors, the Etruscans, lived hundreds of years ago.
To reach the most breathtaking, well-hidden little coves with the most transparent water, a 30-minute walk through the forest was necessary.
These forests are full of wonders! The scent of the typical Mediterranean vegetation is enchanting, and with a bit of luck (or misfortune...) you might come across a wild boar—or even some remains of the Etruscan civilization.
The salty, refreshing smell of the sea soothes you as the sun warms your skin.
The second source of inspiration is my personal research into the masterpieces of perfumery, as I have recently been fascinated by classic masculine citrus colognes—not the light versions, but those with an intense character.
