As complex as the tropical grass from which it's made, vetiver is a refined form of a pharmacy ingredient with a time-honored history in perfumery. While it's primarily about the inherently clean and earthy aroma we so appreciate, this carefully crafted fragrance lacks the heavy smoky aroma we usually associate with modern versions of this scent. Fresh as the clear dew on freshly cut grass with hints of citrus peel, yet warmed by spicy celery seed, amber, and guaiac wood, vetiver exudes the dynamic richness and beauty of the earth from which it comes.

The natural wax blend burns cleanly and slowly, lasting 60 hours.

Shipping: Due to high temperatures, we advise against shipping to warmer regions during the summer months. Candles that melt during transport cannot be replaced.

APPLICATION.

Trim the wick to 6 mm before each lighting. Place on a heat-resistant, non-flammable surface. Protect from drafts and do not place against a wall. Burn for at least 2–3 hours before first use, then no longer than 3 hours at a time. Do not use again when the candle has burned down to 1.3 cm of wax.

Caution: Do not leave unattended. Burn only within sight. Keep away from flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Tips from Matthew + Andrew. Our candles burn so cleanly that the glasses are reusable. We use ours as drinking glasses at home and in the office—real eye-catchers!
