The fragrance appears to begin with a strong lemon note, but in reality it is coriander and rose geranium that evoke this feeling, combined with the astringent notes of grapefruit and mandarin orange, and complemented by the metallic scent of ozone.
The top notes gradually turn to stronger and deeper notes, passing through the scent of galbanum to the more intense aromas of nutmeg, incense and Russian leather, comparable to the smell of seasoned birch wood.
And it is precisely in the woody notes that the fragrance finds its consistency with warming aromas reminiscent of earth: cedar and teakwood, sandalwood and patchouli, joined by the smokiness of vetiver.
